Our journey began with Apollo Guest House in 2017 and continued with Artemide Guest House in 2019. In 2022, we expanded our offering with the management of Luxury Guest House, further strengthening our presence in the Florentine hospitality market.
The year 2025 marks a new phase of growth: first with the opening of Pier Capponi 17 Rooms & Suites and, from April 1st, with Belfiore 58 Guest House, a new modern property well connected to Florence’s city center, perfect for guests who want to move easily between the train station, tram lines, and main attractions.
Today, DAF Srl is a reference point for those seeking well-designed, welcoming, and strategically located guest houses in Florence. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home, offering an authentic, simple, and high-quality experience.
